Low ink comes out

It is a good liner in itself but the ink is not easy to come out of the tip. You really need to put a little pressure if you want a lot of pigment and of course you don't want that if you want to draw a beautiful, thin cat-eye. I won't use it so often for a sleek cat-eye look.
