Neutrogena Clear and Defend 2% Salicylic Acid Face Wash 200ml

Been using this Neutrogena face wash for a while and it really helps keep my skin clear. It’s strong enough to fight breakouts but still gentle on my skin. Doesn’t dry me out, just leaves a clean, fresh feeling.

I love this cleaner, it’s very very affordable at either under £5 or sometimes(when not on sale) is only £6. For me i think the price definitely draws me in as i’m someone who will buy skincare once and not repurchase because i don’t want to spend the money on it however this really makes me want to repurchase. It contains salicylic acid in it but only at a small concentration so it’s not too harsh for an everyday cleanser but it still helps with texture and pores and oily skin.

Firstly I like having this type of packaging (bottle with pump), it's so easy to use especially under shower. One pump of it is just enough, perfect dosage. The face wash itself surprised me massively, as I wasn't expecting much of it. I couldn't be more wrong. To start with it's really gentle to the skin. Doesn't dry it at all, this wash does exact opposite! Leaving my skin soft and refreshed. This is fantastic product it really made positive changes. After using it for few weeks I've noticed that clogged pores are vanishing and my skins general appearance has improved. Also have less spots showing up and the one which do ar much smaller. Their redness is also under control. I feel better about myself now, and definitely will continue to using this product.

I used it for 3 months and it made my skin ache free and extremely clear. It's a great cleanser and ideal for daily face wash use. It also helps clear pimples and other blemishes on the face. The consistency is also clear which prevents the skin from getting damaged.
