The Hair Temple | Personalized Hair Shampoo & Conditioner

I walked in at the Rituals the other day and she recommended the 'Hair Temple'. So I brought a personalised shampoo and conditioner for 30 euros. But since I use it, my hair suddenly gets fat very quickly and it's not as soft as it was. Is this the case with others, or did I have the wrong shampoo + conditioner made?

When I saw that you could determine your own fragrance and formula, I was sold right away. I've gone for care and color protection with Dao's scent. The packaging looked nice and it smelled great. I was super excited. Unfortunately, my scalp was less. After 3 uses, I noticed that I started to suffer from dandruff and that my scalp itched a little. At first I thought that would be because I suddenly switched hair products. But after using the 5th time it only got worse. My scalp itched all day, and when I brushed my hair, it looked like it was snowing. That's why I stopped using the products right away. And immediately the itch was gone. Of course, this could be due to the sensitivity of my scalp. I don't have this with other rituals hair products. So unfortunately I can't recommend this particular product.
