Perhaps this product works with mild cases of hair loss, but it did nothing to me. I used the shampoo, conditioner and tonic for 3 months, and there was no improvement at all. In fact, only deterioration. The serum does work smoothing, but yes, of course, you don't have much use when you have little hair left 😅 I would not recommend this product for hair loss due to hormonal and/or medical cause
