Positive Light Tinted Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 20 Sunscreen

I’m obsessed with this product. It’s perfect for everyone and for everyday no make up, make up look. It made my skin glowing and feel so smooth. I love Rare Beauty products. Definitely recommend this. It’s a must have. 10 / 10.

It’s lightweight, blends in like a dream and a little goes a long way for me. It says it’s a moisturizer with SPF, however I use it after my skincare routine and a decent layer of primer (props to Elf Poreless Putty Primer). During hotter days, I feel like I have to set it with some powder however even as a dry skin gal. But it has a gorgeous glow finish, so people with oilier skin might need to take care with this. Do NOT expect for this to cover any hyperpigmentation or pimples, this stuff is SHEER. I haven’t been able to build up any coverage with this product, and I suspect I’ll have to apply a good few layers to achieve that. And that would kind of ruin the purpose of low effort makeup, if you ask me. On days my skin is problematic, I need to go in with some spot concealer to fix those little parts. The staying power is not great, but I honestly don’t really expect this from such a lowkey and sheer product. This does still pill a bit around my nostrils, but that’s something that’s happened with every complexion product I’ve used ever. I avoid applying any product on there directly, blending in a small amount of the neighboring product instead.

I am a big fan of Rare beauty, so I was very excited to try this. Upon purchase I chose the correct shade, but upon application I found this a little TOO sheer for me. I know tinted moisturisers are very lightweight but I was a little disappointed for the price I had paid. I own a few tinted moisturisers that have a little more coverage and nicer finish than this. However, I do like the fact it has SPF, that is always an added bonus. The packaging is also compact and cute, but the product itself, it's a no from me! 😵‍💫 Pros: ✅ SPF ✅ Cute packaging Cons: ❌ Very sheer no difference in skin ❌ Pricey for what it is

A nice tinted moisturizer that provides enough coverage but also looks very natural. Your skin looks refreshed without anyone noticing you're wearing makeup. I like applying it best with a brush that allows you to pat. As a result, you don't get your fingers dirty and it still looks very natural.
