Rooibos is a South African plant that is often used in tea. The Rooibos Nourishing Face Cream by Dore Rooibos Cosmetics contains Green Rooibos Extract, Vitamins B5 in the form of D-Pantenol and Allantion, Baobab Extract and various Oils and Butters, including Shea, Cocoa and Coconut Oil. It's a really rich and nourishing, 100% vegan cream that absorbs quickly into the skin and doesn't feel greasy after moving in. After applying this cream, my skin feels soft and hydrated, without feeling twitchy and my face has a beautiful, natural and dewy glow. Fine lines and wrinkles seem to be filled up at first glance and are slightly less visible even after the first use! The fact that this cream can be used both in your morning and evening routine is also a huge plus, as it saves you on a night cream. When you use it in your evening routine, you should apply it a bit thicker than in the morning. I have mixed, most sensitive skin with redness and I have been using this cream for about a week but have not experienced any irritation or breakout of pimples. The cream has a pleasant, chic and luxurious scent that looks fresh and the tube, with its bright pink packaging, is a picture to see! On the website of Dore Rooibos Cosmetics (which is a Dutch brand) you can also find discard instructions under each product so that the packaging can be processed and recycled optimally. It is a fairly thick and rich cream that is well smeared. Partly because of this, you don't need much. This 75ml tube is therefore sure to last a long time! The cream has a subtle scent that quickly disappears immediately after application. . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀ I tested this cream a number of times but unfortunately it doesn't feel like a good match for my oily skin. As a day cream, it is too “rich” for me, which is why I used it as a night cream. After the 4th evening in a row, I noticed that I suddenly got a lot more impurities/pimples on my face. When these disappeared again after the cream was discontinued, I was actually sure that it was due to the cream.
