Takes some practice but is worth it

I saw this cream eyeshadow from makeup Revolution and thought I should have it. You have to learn how to deal with the substance. It is sticky and requires some practice to apply it nicely pigmented as in the photo, for example. It stays in place when it has dried up and does not run out, so that's another plus. I used the bright color in a somewhat dark look and I like it.
