As I mentioned in a previous review (link As I mentioned in a previous review (about the 100% Camelia Nourishing & Brightening mask) I am a fan of Starskin and want to try out all their masks in the coming period. Today it was the Green Tea Clay mask. Maybe it's because I'm just excited about the Camellia Oil mask, but the Green Tea Leaf mask is unfortunately disappointing... It's — like many Starskin masks — a sheet mask, which is generally very easy to use. This mask consists of two parts, where you first place the upper part over your forehead, part of your cheeks and nose. Then paste the lower part over the rest of your face (the two parts overlap in the middle). However, the mask has a weird flap at the nose. It sticks out a little bit. At one point I had to laugh a lot (while my mask was working in, I looked at an episode of Modern Family), which made me inhale and sucked the flap of my mask into my nose. So very clumsy, but I've happily survived. After about 15 minutes, I felt that the mask was starting to dry up and took it off (it can sit on it for about 15-20 minutes). As it is a clay mask, it is necessary to rinse your face slightly afterwards to remove the last scraps of clay. So it's less easy to use than the other sheet masks. I also miss the remaining serum in the bag, which I could use other masks to spread over the rest of my body. Unfortunately, after use my skin felt tightty and looked pretty red as well. I have sensitive skin and I've already noticed that clay masks are not suitable for that. So the same goes for this Starskin mask. My skin feels softer though. The advantages of the mask are that it is relatively easy to apply (but less easy than an oil sheet mask) and makes your skin softer. In addition, I think it's a good thing that there are no silicone in Starskin products. Disadvantages are that it is a pricey product and not suitable for sensitive skin. Conclusion: this is unfortunately one of the first Starskin products I find disappointing. I won't use it again. But perhaps it's ideal for normal to oily skin.
