I had problems staying asleep. Once I woke up, I’d find it hard to fall asleep again… until I started using This Works Deep Sleep Pillow Spray. I’d spray on pillow and leave for 30s before I return to bed. It has a lovely calming fragrance that sends me back to sleep again. I’d recommend it for all those fellow insomniacs out there.

It's probably one of my favourite products that I have used in a long time. Someone who has sleeping issues for more than half their life , always looking for something to help. Have tired a few sleeping sprays ,most of them are too highly fragranced, or I wake up the next day with a rash on my face due to the Ingredients. This pillow sleep spray is a life saver for me , and it has really helped with my sleep pattern. Helps me to fall sleep faster, and I probably have added 2 extra hours on to my sleep time. It does have a high fragrance level of Lavender(not my favourite scent) when you first stray it, but that goes away fast, which I like. I carry this in my bag when I am travelling and staying in other people's beds. Would definitely recommend it.

I love the smell of lavender especially in the bedroom and this is gorgeous. I always have one on the go and I have several spare, maybe for gifts but mostly so I don’t run out and they were on special. It is part of my nighttime routine to spray this on my pillow and bed covers. Highly recommend
