Nice product. Helps with a lot of problems. Headaches, colds, muscle aches, nasal congestion and a bad taste in your mouth. You can use it for anything, works quickly and effectively. Wash your hands thoroughly afterwards, if it gets in your eye, it's really painful.

I've been using Toco-tholin since I was a kid because my mom is such a fan of it. It really works great with a cold! When I have a cold, I put a drop on a handkerchief or pillow and it gives quick results. I do get stinging eyes quickly because it's so strong so I would recommend not using it on your face! It has a strong and fresh mint scent. Understood that this should also work for headaches. I haven't experienced that myself yet. To use during a cold, I definitely think it's a must-have ❤️
