Too Faced Shadow Insurance (Environmental Defense)

I wanted a first eyelid base. So I bought this one that was recommended to me by a Sephora saleswoman. Well I am won over by it. It is slightly tinted. It unifies the eyelid very well. It allows me to hold my eyeshadow much better. I like it a lot. For a price of 22 euros.

I've been using too-faced shadow insurance for years. Loved the old packaging in a tube so you can use all the product. Now that they've changed the packaging, I'm not a fan. The applicator that comes with it takes very little product and feels strangely rubbery. I get far too little out of this package. To prime both my eyes, I have to dip twice with the applicator. In addition, you will never get all the product out properly again because the packaging is made of hard plastic. The primer is still good, but I won't buy it again.
