A top product!

I see a lot of reviews of people who use it for muscle. I bought these for other ways namely. I suffer from concentration problems. I heard from other people that magnesium is good supplements to improve your concentration and to be less tired. I'm taking them for 2 months now and I notice real difference. I'm hardly tired around 16:00 in the afternoon and can keep focus on it for a longer period of time.

I actually have the citrate version of this, which makes it easier to absorb the drug into your body. I am very satisfied myself and I feel they really work as long as you consistently swallow those two tablets a day. My hypermobility makes my muscles (too) hard work all day long to keep everything in the body together, causing my back, neck and pelvic muscles to irritate and overload my back, neck and pelvic muscles. Swallowing magnesium citrate makes my muscles a little less painful and hard and I manage to relax a little more. Highly recommended if you suffer from hard, painful stiff muscles!

This isn't about the kruidvat magnesium pills! This is generally about all pills, magnesium is very good for your hair and therefore your hair grows longer. Magnesium strengthens bones and muscles. I recommend that athletes consume magnesium, your body does not produce it enough on its own. I had a lot of acidification in my back, something you can't do about yourself. On the advice of the physiotherapist, start taking magnesium. It helps. In the meantime, I am much less troubled. Up to 2 pills a day. (I'm using one)
