I was looking for a white eyeshadow primer to make the colors of my eyeshadow stand out better. I looked for a few but these were the only ones I could order from Douglas that were white. I've never worked with an eye shadow primer before. Do not apply it too thick, otherwise it will stain, dry poorly and what is too much will get in between your crease. you really only need a little bit When applied thinly, you can possibly cover it with a powder so that it is completely dry and doesn't stick like that anymore. Eye shadow blends well without smudging. Colours are clearer, much lighter and brighter than on the skin. Or a concealer. Now indispensable for my eyeshadow looks.
