I am very satisfied with this waterproof eyeliner. It stays in place and is very pigmented. The eyeliner is in liquid form with a thin brush, which makes it easy to apply. In addition, this is really one of the cheapest eyeliners I could find. Despite the price, the quality really stands above the more expensive brands. Recommended!!
