This mask is one of my favourites to freshen up my skin. I also use as a spot treatment overnight if I see a blemish coming

Calming and soothing
This is a really Good product. I use when my skin is feeling or looking a bit stressed, So maybe redness, blemishes or you Just think it needs calming down. I have used as part of a pamper day for myself or just before applying make up. Which I found was great if I was particularly red. I did found the mask stings a little but some calms down and doesn’t affect after.
