Greasy and smells awful

Having used and loved the Inkey list oat cleansing balm I thought this may be a good substitute as it is slightly cheaper, however next time I'm going straight back to the Inkey List one. The consistency is like thick vaseline and the smell is like chip fat! It is ok at taking makeup off but does not get eye make off completely. I always second cleanse anyway with a different cleanser and you definitely need to with this. All in all I would not recommend this product.
