At-Home Nail Manicure Kit

I bought this last week after seeing it on social media. I am now converted! It was easy to apply (I do need to practice a bit more so they’re perfect but still super happy with them!), the photo shows my nails a week after I did them and they haven’t chipped at all!  There are a good range of colours you can choose from when you buy the kit. Overall very impressed and will save money not going to the nail salon! 

Misleading product and terrible customer service. After my first attempt I was unhappy with the end result, but the worst was the removal process. I followed their guidelines which involved a whole lot of 100% acetone, hot water and rice (yes, rice)!!! It took ages to remove and the end result was that weak, dry nails, like I've never seen before. I wrote immediately to them asking for a full refund as they advertise on their website that they have a falsely advertise refund guarantee. I even offered to return the kit, but they said "since your kit is opened and used, we have a refund policy in place that must be met to be eligible for a refund." I then agreed to try out the process once again, hoping to get my full refund, but now my nails are destroyed. Wish I could post a photo here so everyone can see! I wrote to them again today and was told I'd now have to return the kit to the Netherlands at my own cost, even though the company is based in the UK registered at The Gas Light, Lower Warrengate, Wakefield, WF1 1SA, UK. This experience has been a total nightmare and I wish I had read recent reviews before purchasing and ruining my nails.
