I am so confused

I was so confused by this product! I was applying it on dump skin like all hyaluronic acids, and it was absorbing very quickly and stuff, but my skin never felt the moisture benefits it usually does with other hyaluronic acids. I have dry skin and I felt like it did nothing for me, it's like it didn't exist in my routine, am I the only one?
