The packaging is small, 22 seems like not a lot of patches, but then i'm thinking, well yeah, and the price is also low, it's just that I'm always having these in stock and they rotate in my routine all the time :)  The patches are good size, but what I ask from all the brands, really, is to be making bigger sizes, like 15 or 18. It just covers more space and in the range of these hours that you have them on - it can take out and fit more puss underneath, otherwise, it is filled up just to the corners and then you need to replace it with another one and another one untill all that puss is gone. Instead of just having one - bigger one that will save time and money and won't dry out the space of the pimple, because you'll wear it for less time.  Other than that - they are great, they do what they need to do, they are not or hardly noticeable because of the super thin material and easy to put on and remove. Definately a keeper!
